This implemented via Net::Server::Proto and its classes.
Included Net::Server::Proto::TCP,
Net::Server::Proto::UDP,
Net::Server::Proto::UNIX,
and experimental Net::Server::Proto::SSL.
TCP, UDP, and UNIX are fully tested.
