C<@INC> were in 5.6.x, but were not documented until 5.8.0, which extends the
feature to allow objects in C<@INC>).

The subroutine in C<@INC> then finds the module using the normal C<@INC> path,
opens the file, and attaches a source filter that adds
"use strict; use warnings;" to the start of every file. This is naughty - it's
not a documented feature, it may be changed or removed with no notice, and the
current implementation is slightly buggy in subtle cases.

    our @ISA = ("ActionExporter");

    ActionExporter::export_action("foo");

    sub foo_start{ #... }
    sub foo_end{ #... }

=head1 DESCRIPTION

Extends Exporter with the export_action() function. Calling ActionExporter::export_action("foo") exports the two subs 'foo_start' and 'foo_end' under a export tag 'foo'. This is usefull for creating an action Library as follows:

    package MyActionsLibrary;
    require ActionExporter;
    our @ISA = ("ActionExporter");

    ActionExporter::export_action("foo");
    sub foo_start{ return '';}
    sub foo_end{   return '';}

    ActionExporter::export_action("bar");
    sub bar_start{ return '';}
    sub bar_end{   return '';}

A taglib created using using ActionTaglib can then use the 'foo' actions by simply adding 'use MyActionLibrary qw(:foo);', for example:

    package MyTaglib;

Finally for rule B<7> it provides some special date variables. See
B<F<Advanced::Config::Options::set_special_date_vars>> for a complete list of
what date related variables are defined. The most useful being ${today} and
${yesterday} so that you can dynamically name your log files
F</my_path/my_log.${today}.txt> and you won't need any special date roll logic
to start a new log file.

# When copying input files, skip over any file that exists in the
# binary directory but does not exist in the source directory with the
# assumption that these files were added by some other mechanism. I
# find this useful when creating large documents with multiple
# chapters that I want to build separately (for speed) as I work on
# them. I use the same boilerplate as the starting point for all
# and just copy it with different configurations. This was what the
# separate ADD_LATEX_DOCUMENT method was supposed to originally be for.
# Since its external use is pretty much deprecated, I removed that
#       documentation.

  If you develop a new program, and you want it to be of the greatest
possible use to the public, the best way to achieve this is to make it
free software which everyone can redistribute and change under these terms.

  To do so, attach the following notices to the program. It is safest
to attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively
state the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least
the "copyright" line and a pointer to where the full notice is found.
