	- Fixed bugs reported by crenz@web42.com regarding
	  rangevectors. Turns out that the last element
	  in the range was never reached. Fixed.

	- Fixed bug reported by yraber@mailup.net regarding
	  listvectors. If a single option is given for a
	  listvector genome, then mutation would run in an
	  infinite loop. Fixed.
	- updated docs a bit to better show how to specify
	  the fitness and termination functions.
