1.04	Upgrade remote machine-code debugging to v0.02.
2.00	For pointer-conversion, append ! on pack specifier for long if supported.
	Should fix the crash on 64-bit machines.
2.01	Add a test to check double_median3().
	Fix a misprint in C code of double_median3().
		Thanks to Arvind Srivaths who spotted this in C code!  (The extra
			smoothing steps were so robust that they completely hid
			this error.)
