Contributors may submit AI-generated bug reports and pull requests, so
long as they are clearly identified as such, with a human taking
responsibility for the submissions (which should not be submitted
automatically).

People who submit code change requests are expected to fully understand
every line of code in the patch or pull request.

"Sloppy" bug reports or pull requests that are incorrect, or written
with no regard to how the rest of the code is written, will be
rejected.  Repeat offenders may be blocked or banned.
