=head1 DESCRIPTION
One or more files specified on the command line are read in and
written back out, rebuilding the header from scratch and removing rows
flags for deletion. Output is typically specified with the C<-o> flag,
but lacking that, it is written to C<out_$infile>, given input C<$infile>.
The output prefix can be changed with the C<--outprefix> parameter.
The output or input can be C<-> specifying STDIN or STDOUT, but this is
fragile and likely will only work for reading.
