Changes  view on Meta::CPAN

          were made to the Perl API (Solve.pm)

        - upgraded to linking with lp_solve 3.2, which includes some
          bugfixes with respect to lp_solve 3.0.

        - made compilation of liblpk.a more robust

	- shortened the short explanations so search.cpan.org does
 	  not cut them
