	- Changed versioning to only use one decimal point. Stops poor CPAN
	  from getting confused!
	- Updated installation to use preferred lib/ and t/ system
	- Fixed parser to handle new DateTime sanity checks. (We were
	  returning 7:60 rather then 8:00, which used to work but doesn't
	  anymore!)
