Test material for t/02-key.t and t/06-abi.t. Public by construction: these
are throwaway self-signed certificates and their private keys, generated
once on 2026-09-08 and committed so the suite is deterministic. They are
not credentials, they guard nothing, and they must never be regenerated -
a test that regenerates its own vectors proves only that the generator
agrees with itself.

The certificates expire in 2126. Nothing in Crypt::JWS reads a validity
date, so an expired one would not fail the suite, but a long life keeps
that true if a caller ever starts checking.

Both key types are here because cjws_key_classify branches on RSA and EC
and a certificate of one type exercises only one of them.
