This Perl script calls the
L<DateTime::Fiction::JRRTolkien::Shire|DateTime::Fiction::JRRTolkien::Shire>
L<strftime()|DateTime::Fiction::JRRTolkien::Shire/strftime> method to
format and print the Shire Reckoning equivalent to a Gregorian date
specified on the command line. The default is the current local date.
