Installation of Mail::IMAPFolderSearch

Before getting started, make sure you have any required
modules installed.

Dependencies:
	o IO::Socket
	o IO::Socket::SSL

	For 'make test' (optional):
	o Term::ReadKey
	o MIME::Base64



1) perl Makefile.PL
	
	o Answer a few questions for make test.  This
 	  Includes providing credentials for an IMAP test 
	  accounts.

2) make

3) make test (optional)

4) make install

5) rm -f imap.credentials
	
	o Reset the imap test account's password if
	  there is any possibility it has been 
	  compromised.
