- Added logger to Locale::TextDomain::OO::Singleton::Lexicon.
  Logger will be copied during runtime from
  Locale::TextDomain::OO::Lexicon::File::*.
  Then Locale::TextDomain::OO::Lexicon::Hash modules be able to log lexicon
  changes using logger of Locale::TextDomain::OO::Singleton::Lexicon.
- new method copy_lexicon similar to merge_lexicon
- added example for lexicon manipulation (merge, copy, move, delete)
