Then install it:

    % make install

You can also copy the standalone executable to whatever location you'd like.

    % cd ~/bin
    % curl -o randf -L http://bit.ly/app-randf
    % chmod +x randf

NOTE: edit shebang if you don't have /usr/bin/env
