Changes  view on Meta::CPAN

    - D::C::Monitor: added get_activity(), get_activity_running,
      count_open_regtransfers() so we don't have to go directly to the storage.
    - D::C::Ticket::Payload::Instruction::Container: override stringify() for
      the Web API because container items don't stringify well
    - D::C::Ticket::Payload->get_all_exceptions now returns the list of
      exceptions without duplicates
